We have two offices available at the Wight Innovation Centre.
Both offices are on the first floor over looking St Cross Business Park. One of the office measures some 190sq ft and the office is slightly larger at 375sq ft.
The larger office of the two, benefits from double aspect windows making this room a bright and airy office to work in. This office also benefits from a small glassed meeting room, allowing additional privacy for seeing clients.

All of our offices benefit from an all inclusive rental and includes business rates, gas, electric and water.

All offices have direct access to Wight Fibre Small Business Broadband supplied by Wight Fibre which offers reliable full-fibre, ultrafast and future-proof symmetrical broadband packages - that’s the same download and upload speeds - starting from 300Mbps all the way up to a 900Mbps connection.

Our offices benefit from a serviced reception Monday to Friday 9am to 4.30pm.

We had a visit from two chaps on behalf of the Su***de Prevention Team, selling cakes made by Frostbite Bakery. All proceeds are to raise money for the charity. Just overheard a couple of the Innovation Centre's tenants having a conversation in the kitchen.

One of them said, the best thing about working offices like this, is that you can walk up the corridor, make a coffee and there is always someone to chat to.

Working on your own or from home, can be quite isolating. The benefit of serviced office space, is that you get a variety of businesses all under one roof.
