Due to losing key members of staff Craftworx have had to make the hard decision, to scale back and close its Newquay site at the Feel Good Building.

We and they are both gutted but it opens the door for someone new!

This has proved to be an amazing place to grow in the summer with huge south facing outside sitting space and also a great takeaway/delivery option for winter months.

Alcohol license is available. There is so much opportunity with this site please enquire and we will come back to you as itโ€™s important we have the right brand/person to compliment the feel good site.

Elliot is one of our regulars who uses a hot desk space for his work.

What does Elliot do?
Elliot runs his own architectural business and frequently uses the hot desk space as itโ€™s a prime location to pop in and out to clients properties etc. He also quite often uses the Conference room which is available to hire for his 1-1 client meetings.

His favourite part of the building is all of the space it has to offer for different aspects of his business and he also just had to mention the pool table which is available to use upstairs when you need a break.

Elliot uses the space everyday to work and has established relationships with some of the other hot desk users too!

We welcome and Elliot and many other people to use the hot desk spaces, so if youโ€™re looking for a space thatโ€™s convenient and has lots to offer then youโ€™ve found the right place.

A member of the Feel Good Building and working upstairs at Oltco, Diane, is braving the shave for MacMillan tomorrow afternoon, Friday 16th December.

We are so unbelievably proud of Diane and all the money she has raised so far, please feel free to donate what you can whilst you still can.

Diane has had many people close to her be diagnosed with the big C, and is hoping that by shaving her head she will raise enough money and help make a change .
