Dublin, you did not disappoint.

On Thursday evening, The Growth Network officially arrived in and what a way to begin.

From the moment people walked into the room, there was a genuine sense of openness, curiosity and support.

Founders, business owners and professionals from Dublin, Belfast, Newry and Dundalk came together to share ideas, make introductions and build new relationships.

That is what The Growth Network has always been about.

Not collecting business cards.

Not pitching from a stage.

Creating the kind of conversations that help people move forward.

We would like to thank everyone who joined us and a special thank you to ISME Ireland for hosting us and supporting our inaugural Dublin event.

What started in Newry in 2022 continues to grow, connecting good people across the island and creating opportunities through meaningful relationships.

Another excellent evening at The Growth Network in .

A big thank you to everyone who joined us at Finegan & Son and helped create the kind of atmosphere that makes these events special.

We were delighted to hear from David Crozier CFP Chartered FCSI FPFS of Pathfinders, who shared valuable insights on succession planning, business exits, and preparing for the next chapter long before it’s needed.

We also welcomed Colly Graham, who drew on more than 50 years of sales experience to challenge the room to think differently about performance, mindset, and the human side of selling in an increasingly competitive world.

What stood out most wasn’t just the quality of the speakers.

It was the quality of the conversations.

New connections were made, ideas were exchanged, opportunities were uncovered, and a room full of good people spent time helping one another.

That’s what has always been about.

Good people helping other good people .

Thank you to David, Colly, and everyone who attended.

The journey continues tomorrow evening as we officially launch our seed at the ISME Ireland offices on Kildare Street.

Top morning at our Business Tour & Breakfast: Pancake Studios, Belfast

A big thank you to Christian Gerring for welcoming us and sharing the story behind the business. It’s always inspiring to hear what really goes into building something from the ground up.

The best part?

Good people, good conversations, and a few new opportunities created around the room.

Next stop: Finegan & Son in Newry tomorrow evening at 5.30pm, where we’ll hear from sales expert Colly Graham and business exit specialist David Crozier.

Then on Thursday evening, we’re excited to launch our first Dublin event at the ISME offices on Kildare Street at 6.30pm.

Brilliant night in Dundalk at mo chara!

Quality conversations and great craic.

Lovely to catch up with James Mailley from ISME Ireland and meet his guest, Kevin Tooher.

Great also to meet Caolan McQuaid from Narrow Water Media.

Thanks also to Clive Power, Gráinne Kathleen Evans, and Cathal McEvoy for continuing to support our events.

With a few Dubndalk members away, it was a nice intimate meet-up this evening, and the pizza was, as always, oh so good.

Another great room filled with founders, business owners, consultants, creatives, and good people from across Belfast, Newry, Donegal and beyond.

Big thanks to Jon Michael Dickinson from Proactive Chartered Accountants Ltd.

Jon shared practical insights and sparking some really useful conversations around the challenges SMEs are facing right now.

Unfortunately Grace Smith from Workforce Wellness couldn’t make it today, but we’ll definitely get her along to a future session.

These smaller meet-ups are quickly becoming one of our favourite formats at The Growth Network.

Two years ago, we brought The Growth Network to Belfast.

This evening at room2 hometels reminded us why.

Belfast now complements what we started in Newry in 2022, and it has been brilliant to see the community grow in its own way.
