Tender Opportunity for All-Island Entrepreneurial Leadership Pilot Programme for Women

As part of the Shared Island Enterprise Scheme’s Women’s Entrepreneurship strand, InterTradeIreland is seeking a supplier or consortium to design and deliver an All-Island Entrepreneurial Leadership Pilot Programme for Women.

The programme will support 16 women founders, entrepreneurs and senior leaders from across the island of Ireland to develop to develop their entrepreneurial leadership skills and support business growth, innovation and internationalisation.

Closing date for clarification questions: 3.00pm, 28th October 2026.

Closing date for tender submissions: 3.00pm, 4th November 2026.

Today's topic, “Using Data and Foresight to Shape Cluster Strategy” was led by our guest speaker Jan-Philipp Kramer, Partner and Head of EU Services Brussels at Prognos AG

Jan provided a thought-provoking introduction to foresight for cluster organisations, demonstrating how data, market intelligence and scenario-based thinking can help clusters make better strategic choices and prepare for multiple possible futures.

A huge well done to Homebot Ireland (Cork), Pangaea Life Science Solutions (Cork) and Oscil (Limerick) on securing top honours at the Munster regional final of the InterTradeIreland Seedcorn Investor Readiness Competition.

These innovative businesses impressed judges with their ambitious growth plans, strong investor pitches and commercial potential, earning their place at the all-island final in Belfast, where they'll compete for a €130,000 funding opportunity.

Seedcorn is about more than funding. It helps ambitious start-ups strengthen investor readiness, refine their business strategy and connect with valuable networks to support future growth.
