"When I think back to that first weekend, I knew I wanted to grow but felt so unsure of how. I was tired of the rinse and repeat of doing business and ready for something different. The Growth Sprint delivered that and more.
But honestly? The biggest surprise was the people.
I came into this programme with no connections to businesswomen from Northern Ireland. That opportunity had simply never come my way. I'm leaving with friends I've genuinely gotten to know and respect, women I'll champion and who'll champion me right back.
I feel like a whole different person and business owner than I was when I started this journey a few months ago. My business has grown. But more than that, I've grown as a business owner. More open, more confident, and now looking at new markets I wouldn't have considered before."
