We’ve just seen this lovely message from someone we helped after they took a tumble by the Esso garage on East St yesterday afternoon.

A massive thank you to them for taking the time to post it – it really does make a change to see security and members of the public getting positive feedback.

Shoutout to the guys from DDS – Devon Security Services who were all kind and helpful in looking after her.

Sorry to hear they also ended up waiting hours for rescue services to jump start a flat battery – what a day!
