This enduro bike came in as a non starter. Within a few minutes we established the issue. Broken wires and a poor previous repair. All wires where replaced from loom to switch’s and protected from the elements using suitable sized heat shrink. A new connection for the head light was also wired in and the efi light repaired, she’s now ready for those forest trails in 2021 🤦🏼‍♂️ hopefully.

Been quiet on here recently. One of the more technical jobs on the Tx4/Chrysler auto gearboxes.
Valve block removed to fit a new control unit. While in there we fitted a new oil cooler return filter and oil scavenger. Cleaning the valves in the valve block to make sure all operational as well, and of course fresh oil.

No need to buy new callipers for your TX1/2/4. Repair kits kept to do the same job. This one had badly corroded pistons.

Winter protection at it’s finest. Steam cleaned to remove most road dirt and loose paint from previous years. Thoroughly dried and cleaned by hand before a primer and 11 litres of chassis paint applied.
