Regarding my past post it turns out the camera has died We have contacted Reolink support regarding this as this is the second camera to do so at this client site whilst no other cameras we have installed have had any issues.

We still recommend Reolink cameras.

After a emergency call out from one of our elderly clients for a camera disconnecting from the NVR turns out to be a loose connection after some tape and zip ties it should be fine we decided not to charge the client for this and instead wished them a happy new year.

It’s these random acts of kindness that prove there is still good in the world.
