Mallory Smith, Life Coaching, Reiki and EFT.

My business is to offer Life Coaching (which can include Careers issues), EFT, or Reiki treatments and courses to those who need to regain some balance and perspective and find a way forward in their lives. Having been a qualified adult careers adviser for many years I chose to move into Life Coaching as it offered a more ‘whole person approach’ to helping people explore what is important to them

in life, focus, make decisions and the changes they choose, at their own pace. It has been wonderful to see how even a small shift in one area of life can have a real and positive impact on the others. A more recent addition to my portfolio is using Emotional Freedom Techniques to help people free up their 'stuck energy'. Continuing on the ‘whole person’ / holistic front, I was drawn to Reiki as it provides a deep relaxation and sense of wellbeing, balance and harmony. Reiki is usually offered as a completely separate treatment, but can also be very useful to complement the life coaching process for some people. I have been a Reiki practitioner since 1999 and completed Master/ Teacher training in 2009. I currently give Reiki treatments at my home and at Swissphysio in Tynemouth. Level 1 and 2 Reiki courses for individuals or small groups can be delivered at times and locations to suit.
