Monday and Wednesday evening one to one slot for investing lessons is no longer available. You can send a DM for the afternoon session 12pm to 1.20pm. The sessions are on a first come first serve basis. They are virtual lessons with a few in person sessions.

Don't inflate your lifestyle or your children's lifestyle when you start making money from your business. Lifestyle inflation is what robs you of the finances you need in order to create wealth. Minimise your expenses where you can and use that income to invest.

I keep my bills minimal
I bulk shop everything for my household including shoes and clothes during sales.

They say savers are losers. That statement used to annoy me but I now understand why they say it. Though you may not lose physical cash when you save, the cash will lose it's value due to inflation. So what used to buy you a bag of groceries may only get you a few items or nothing after a while because of inflation. That's why I insist that you increase your finances otherwise you will cry the same cry as everyone else who saves and does not invest what they have saved.

If I could advise someone wanting to invest in either physical assets or paper assets, I would tell them not to be intimidated by prices. There's always a way of acquiring them even if you are on low income. You just have to know how and use the right platforms. I started investing in fraction shares and I will now focus on growing the value of my portfolio over the coming years.
