Are you a Daventry businesses? Do you want to make recruitment easier?

If the answer is YES, then contact member Total Spectrum

Daventry businesses — can we make recruitment easier for you?

Since 2018, Total Spectrum has supported local organisations with permanent recruitment — helping employers find people who genuinely fit their team, culture and long-term plans.

But we also know business doesn’t run in neat, predictable lines.

Workloads increase. Orders land unexpectedly. Staff leave at the worst possible moment. Projects need extra hands now, not in six weeks’ time.

That’s why we’ve recently introduced a temporary recruitment solution alongside our permanent service.

We’re looking to connect with local:

• Manufacturing businesses
• Logistics operations
• Commercial / office teams

Whether you need short-term cover, seasonal support, project staff or a temp-to-perm option, our aim is simple — to provide reliable people who can step in and add value quickly.

Being based in Daventry means we understand the local workforce, the pace of your sectors and the importance of getting it right first time.

If temporary recruitment has ever felt time-consuming, uncertain or like a gamble, I’d really welcome a conversation about how we can support you.

No pressure — just an open discussion about your needs now or in the future.

📩 Feel free to message me directly or connect.

We are delighted to share one of our inspiring and educational speakers at our International Women’s Day event on Wednesday 18th March 2026.

Venue: Crowne Plaza Stratford Upon Avon, Bridge Foot, Stratford-upon-Avon CV37 6YR, UK

Inspirational Speaker: Aime Armstrong.

Aime Ayrehart has made a career out of refusing to be pigeonholed. While others followed the usual paths, she thrived by doing the unexpected. A proud neurospicy mischief-maker, she’s never been driven by money. When her university tutor told her she had the brain, creativity, and presence to be a top tax barrister, she replied: “Why would I spend my life helping rich people avoid paying tax?” — and chose instead to spend two decades in HR across the NHS and local government.

Her fierce sense of justice and determination to fight for the underdog eventually led her to blow the whistle on the chief executive of a local authority — an experience she later turned into an Amazon bestseller that named names.

Since then, she’s reinvented herself more than once: founding the UK’s first pay-as-you-go trade union (HR and Workers Trade Union), launching a crisis-management HR consultancy (Ninja HR), and — somewhat accidentally — building an AI company with Google funding. AI&Me is her latest creation: a hybrid HR platform that blends AI and human expertise to make messy workplace problems easier, faster, and far less painful to deal with.

Those who cross her call her a nightmare. Those who work with her know she’s razor-sharp, deliciously unpredictable, surprisingly warm and exactly who you want in your corner when things get messy. She’s the person you’d happily share a drink with, rely on when the storm hits, and hope never to face across the table.

Follow her online, buy her book, or see if you can snag the seat next to her — if you’re brave enough.
