You’ve probably heard by now that we’ve rebranded as Toucan Giving!
But behind the new brand, the same people are here. The same team who’ve answered your questions, walked you through set-ups, supported your volunteers, and celebrated your milestones.
You may know some of us already, but if not, here are just a few of the team members behind Toucan Giving:
Bill Thomson, our CEO, has guided this rebrand from the very beginning. Bill believes technology should work for charities, not the other way around. His vision is simple: connection, clarity, and confidence for every organisation we support.
Lisa Evans, our Head of Charity, brings frontline experience into everything we do. She’s led the delivery of contactless giving for one of the UK’s largest fundraising campaigns (the Royal British Legion’s Poppy Appeal), and now she’s helping build a better fundraising experience for charities of every size.
Chris Russell, senior dev extraordinaire and his team, spend their time listening to feedback and making our platform better. Whether it’s faster reporting, easier campaign tools or smarter Gift Aid processing — if you’ve ever asked for it, Chris and his team are probably working on it.
Jacob Collins-Brown, our marketing lead and one of the voices behind the campaigns, the emails and the brand. His job is to make sure what we build feels useful, relevant and connected to your mission, not just ours.
Our customer support and technical services team — the people you’ll speak to when you need a quick answer, a hand getting started and the ones who configure all of your services for you. These are the people who remember your campaign name and celebrate your wins. They’re the heartbeat of Toucan Giving!
