Been a while since we posted, extremely busy as usual.
This very large and rather tired Victorian property in desperate need of structural and cosmetic TLC.
We started by stripping the building right back to its bare bones throughout. Replacing and strengthening the roofs and new roof coverings.
Numerous structural improvements and alterations including new lintels and structural fixing bars to existing openings and new joists to strengthen the floors.
After giving the building back it’s integrity we redesigned the property carrying out structural alterations and changing the layout of the building to produce 5 stunning apartments as the photo’s show, breathing new life into the building whilst retaining its Victorian Heritage with new crittall windows to the front and side elevation and repointing the old weathered brickwork with lime mortar as original. The work to this property has been immense and we are very pleased with what we have been able to achieve in bringing this property back to life for many years to come.

Old Stone property that was in desperate need of some TLC to the stone work. Raked out stones replaced and all pointed up with traditional lime mortar. New openings to the gable end for Aluminium windows and French doors looking out over the fields and a small seating area for good measure.

Stone Chimney added to gable wall for a log burner in the lounge not a awful steel flue here, matches the house perfectly.

Reception Area Refurbishment completed for International Packaging Company.
Removal of old Reception Desk and Flooring.
Construction in situ of new modern Reception area with storage, finished with Formica Hpl in Graphite with white desk tops and infill panel.
Smoked glass counter tops and Led lighting to Company logo inserts.
Lvt Flooring to finish the transformation.
