About us: Elyon Healthcare provides specialist support to children and young adults with Learning Disability, Autism Spectrum Disorder and Challenging Behaviours.
Previous experience as a Support Worker with learning disability, autism or challenging behaviour experience is desirable however we don’t require experience as full training is provided but we are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals who want to make a difference to the lives of the people we support!!!
We require dedicated Individuals to work in our supported living services supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and autistic spectrum disorders, complex needs, mental health issues and challenging behaviours in all aspects of their daily lives.

Celebrate Uniqueness – everyone is different, we want to you find the way to get the best out of all the people we support and promote each individuals independence, choice, dignity and privacy while putting a smile on their face
Fun – while the day to day things need to be done including (but not limited to) help with personal care, budgeting, shopping, cleaning, cooking, laundry and assistance with medication find a fun way of supporting with them, the more fun you can fit in to the day the better your day will be!

Quality – We pride ourselves on the support we provide to the people we care for to the training we provide to our staff.

Duties will include but not limited to:
· Encouraging independence through positive role modelling
· Carrying out and undertaking specific and general tasks which will provide good quality of health, welfare and well-being of service users.
· To contribute, develop and implement individual care and person centre plans.
· Safeguarding our service users and ensuring that personalised care and choice is provided.
