Nothing beats trying on...

We've all done it, been in a rush and had 5 minutes to decide what to wear. That's not going to help anyone's confidence. Instead, it's much better if you can plan a bit ahead, set aside some time to have a try on and experiment with pieces in your wardrobe.

This time of year is perfect for doing that, it's so easy to forget what you wore this time last year. So why not take some selfies to remind yourself of what works and how you accessorised different pieces.
