Seeing Redd provides a social group meet up in Wellingborough, costa swansgate. Every Friday at 1pm-2pm. This group provides a friendly atmosphere for anyone living with anxiety, in need of a regular casual routine or a desire to socialise more often. (Of course we understand this can be difficult to do, however there is no requirement to get involved in conversations had at this group, this is your time)
