Northampton Signs was pleased to deliver a complete signage package for Anthropologie, helping bring the brand’s elegant retail identity to its store at Battersea Power Station in London. For this project, we produced and installed a complete signage package including illuminated Anthropologie storefront lettering, external blade sign branding, window graphics, frosted manifestations, internal cash wrap lettering and branded hoarding graphics for the store at Battersea Power Station. The work combined opal acrylic, warm LED illumination, dark bronze finishes and clean internal/external branding to create a refined retail look that matched Anthropologie’s style while improving visibility across the shopfront and interior areas.

We are pleased to showcase our latest project for Escape Hunt UK at their new premises in Wandsworth, London. We produced and installed a complete signage package covering both the exterior and interior of the venue. The work included a new illuminated Escape Hunt fascia sign, updates to the existing Boom Battle Bar shopfront, refreshed window graphics, projection sign panels, display screen framing, branded planters, internal wall graphics, vinyl lettering, themed room posters and illuminated portal-style features for the game room entrances, creating a cohesive and immersive branded environment throughout the site.

Northampton Signs is pleased to announce our latest project for Goldsmiths at their new store in Chelmsford. The project included creating a premium marble-effect fascia finish, side-illuminated Goldsmiths branding and shopfront panels to create a clean, luxury frontage. The finished scheme was designed to complement the high-end watch brands within the store, with discreet fixings, crisp detailing and a polished external appearance that elevates the entrance while keeping the overall look sharp, elegant and brand-led.

to one of our standout fabrication projects for Willow Place & Corby Town Centre Shopping. We manufactured this huge freestanding letter “C”, measuring approximately 3.72 metres high, 2.61 metres wide and 815 mm deep. Behind the finished green exterior was a substantial fabricated steel framework, using 100 × 100 × 6 mm SHS uprights and formed 70 × 70 × 6 mm SHS sections to create the sweeping inner and outer curves. The structure was then clad in 3 mm aluminium before being finished in its distinctive two-tone green colour scheme and installed as a striking landmark within the shopping centre.

Projects of this scale show exactly where our power rolling service comes into its own. From our Northampton workshop, our in-house 3500 mm power roller allows us to form large sheets, box sections and profiles into controlled curves for architectural features, curved signage, fascias, enclosures and bespoke metalwork. By combining power rolling with welding, fabrication, cladding and finishing, we can take complex curved structures from individual metal sections through to a complete manufactured product, whether it is a one-off statement piece like the Corby “C” or components produced for a wider commercial project.

We are pleased to have worked with Urban Outfitters Europe for their new store at the Lakeside Shopping Centre in Essex, United Kingdom. For this project, we manufactured and installed a complete retail signage package, including large illuminated built-up Urban Outfitters lettering with black returns, white internal finishes, clear wired glass faces and LED neon-style illumination. The lettering was designed to stand out clearly against the dark building panels, alongside frosted glass manifestation dots and a reverse-applied glass column graphic to support the store’s branding and entrance presentation.

For Berberè London at Tottenham Court Road, we manufactured a bespoke freestanding illuminated menu stand that combines a clean architectural aesthetic with practical day-to-day use. The structure features an aluminium menu housing with a front aperture backed with clear acrylic, supported on a metal leg and metal base. All of the metalwork was finished in black, while the internal LED light sheet provides a warm glow to the menu display. A concealed battery pack allows the unit to remain illuminated without requiring a permanent visible power connection. At the same time, the removable front assembly provides access to the internal components and menu display.

Projects like the Berberè menu stand demonstrate how our trade metal fabrication service goes beyond standard components, bringing together fabricated metalwork, bespoke brackets and fixings, powder coating, acrylic, illumination and final assembly into one finished product. From our Northampton workshop, we support sign companies, contractors, designers, fit-out specialists and manufacturers with prototypes, one-off products, short production runs and repeat manufacture, working from supplied drawings, dimensions and technical specifications. Components can be supplied at the stage that best suits the customer, from individual fabricated parts through to fully assembled and finished products ready for installation, making our trade fabrication service a flexible extension of a customer's own production capabilities.

Northampton Signs manufactured and installed clear external wayfinding signage for the Urgent and Emergency Care entrance for Northampton General Hospital NHS Trust . The lettering was designed to stand out clearly against the dark building panels, helping patients, visitors and staff easily identify the correct entrance while giving the hospital frontage a clean, professional and durable finish. This project was done on behalf of Health Spaces.

For the new OFFICE Shoes store at Grand Arcade in Cambridge, Northampton Signs manufactured and installed a bespoke illuminated shopfront sign designed to create a strong, clean focal point above the entrance. The sign features individually fabricated polished stainless-steel letters with blue acrylic faces and internal LED illumination. Each letter was mounted to a purpose-made polished stainless-steel suspension frame, with the wiring concealed inside the box section and the frame securely fixed into the structure above the shopfront.

This project is a strong example of our wider signage metalwork capabilities, combining precision fabrication, electrical integration and installation within one coordinated solution. We design and manufacture bespoke built-up letters, sign trays, lightboxes, frames and supporting structures in custom sizes, shapes and finishes, with illuminated options available to strengthen visibility throughout the day. By completing design, production and installation in-house, Northampton Signs maintains control over quality, durability and the final presentation of each sign.
