With the cold weather we’ve experienced the last few days and going to continue to feel .. we have a few tips for you ..

⛔️⚠️ Do not use HOT/BOILED water to clear ice from your windscreen - this can cause it to crack/shatter.

❄️ Do use a de-icer spray/liquid.

❄️ Use an ice scraper to remove all excess snow (if any) or ice.

❄️ Fill up a sandwich bag with warm water and wipe your windscreen/windows to remove any excess ice.

Did you know a common cause of windscreen damage is a change of temperature?!
When it’s hot outside, the glass can expand which causes it to crack .. however the cold air will cause it to contract which also cracks the glass.
