Who here writes a gratitude journal? I always either write mine down or consciously meditate on my gratitude before bed. This helps me sleep with a positive mindset and wake up happy.

If you struggle with ideas it's okay to use specific prompts to guide your gratitude journaling. For example:

"What made me smile today?"
"Who am I thankful for, and why?"
"What positive surprises or unexpected joys did I experience today?"
"What did I do well today?"
"What acts of kindness did I or someone else do today that made me happy?"

Another great idea is to put these into a jar... then, when you are having a bad day you can pick a few out and you will instantly be reminded of what you are grateful for. This will help you put things into perspective and change your outlook.

Have you ever thought life can be like a game of Jenga?

You can be balancing the puzzle like a rock star, building the highest tower and developing your best strategy.... then suddenly with an ounce of self-doubt, a shaky hand and fear creeping in... you make a bad decision, you pull out the wrong brick and the tower falls!

Do you:

a) Give up - "it always goes wrong, nothing goes well for me"
b) Go again - "I just need to change my strategy slightly and I'll be a pro"
c) Learn then master the build - " Learn why I had self-doubt and fear. Learn how I can overcome these factors"

How you deal with perceived failure and your next steps can be pivotal to your success and happiness.

Maintaining a healthy work-life balance while nurturing relationships is crucial for overall well-being. Here are some tips to help you achieve that balance:

Set Clear Boundaries: Establish specific work hours and personal time. Communicate these boundaries to your colleagues, friends, and family, so they know when you're available and when you need time for yourself.

Prioritise Tasks: Use time management techniques to prioritise tasks at work and in your personal life. Focus on completing high-priority tasks during work hours to prevent work from spilling into your personal time.

Schedule Quality Time: Dedicate specific blocks of time for spending with loved ones. Treat this time as sacred, just as you would with work commitments.

Practice Active Listening: When spending time with loved ones, be fully present and engage in active listening. Put away distractions and give your undivided attention to nurture meaningful conversations.

Delegate and Collaborate: At work, delegate tasks when possible and collaborate with colleagues to distribute the workload. This can prevent burnout and free up more time for personal activities.

Learn to Say No: Don't be afraid to decline additional work responsibilities or social commitments when you feel overwhelmed. Saying no when necessary helps protect your time and energy.

Create Rituals: Establish daily or weekly rituals that signify transitions between work and personal life. For example, a morning routine before work and an evening relaxation routine.

Unplug Regularly: Designate tech-free times, especially during meals and before bedtime, to promote deeper connections with loved ones and better sleep quality.

Plan Date Nights: Schedule regular date nights with your partner or quality time with family and friends. This could involve going out, trying new activities, or simply having a cosy night in.

Self-Care and Me Time: Prioritise self-care activities that help you relax and recharge, such as exercise, reading, meditation, or pursuing hobbies.

Regular Check-Ins: Have open and honest conversations with your partner, family, and friends about your work-life balance goals. Regularly check in with them to ensure everyone's needs are being met.

⚡Have you taken the time to know what your boundaries are?
⚡Have you noticed the shift in your mood when these are crossed?
⚡Do you not have boundaries and can't understand why you get upset when people don't respect you?

I wanted to take a moment to chat about something important to me and all of my clients - personal boundaries. We all have them, but if we don't know what they are we cannot understand the crucial role they play in maintaining healthy relationships and self-care.

Just like we have physical boundaries to protect our personal space, emotional boundaries are equally essential. It's okay to say no when you're feeling overwhelmed, and it's absolutely fine to communicate your limits. Remember, setting boundaries doesn't mean you're being rude; it's a way of showing self-respect and allowing others to understand your needs.

Let's all make an effort to respect each other's boundaries. When we do this, we create an environment of trust, empathy, and understanding. So, before we dive into conversations or make plans, let's take a moment to ask and listen. It's a small step that can make a big difference.

Here's to healthy relationships and a happier, more connected community! 🌼

Life can be tough... Sometimes we need to step out of our comfort zone to accomplish a dream, reach our ambition, and enjoy happiness.

Have you ever wanted to do something, you know, will make your life better, happier and more successful?

Do you think "I can't do that" "I wish I could do that" "I'm not good enough" and "I'm not strong enough"......

That voice in your head is there to protect you. It wants you to be happier but is actually stunting your growth. You can override this voice and tell yourself that you can do it and you will be successful!

Using the GROW model, making a plan, taking action and being persistent will help you get out of your comfort zone, reach your goal, be happier and find success.

✨ Dear incredible women, I understand that being a mum is an extraordinary and challenging role. Today, I want to remind you that it's okay to feel moments of "mum guilt." But remember, you are doing an amazing job, and you are not alone in this journey! 💪

🌟 Being a mum means constantly juggling countless responsibilities, pouring love into your little ones, and trying to balance your own needs. It's natural to question yourself or feel guilty from time to time. But here's the truth: You are doing your best, and that is more than enough! ❤️

✨ Remember, being a great mum is not about being perfect or having all the answers. It's about showing up, providing love, and being there for your children. You are their superhero, their safe space, and their guiding light. 🌟

🌸 So, dear moms, let's embrace our journey and banish that mum guilt away! Here's a gentle reminder:

1️⃣ You are allowed to take care of yourself: Self-care is essential for your well-being and your ability to be the best mum you can be. Take time for yourself guilt-free, knowing that it helps you recharge and be even more present for your little ones.

When the sun is shining there’s nothing better than a beach walk, building sand castles then knocking them over to clear away any negative thinking or bad energy…

Being present in the moment can be hard… sometimes it’s worth changing the strategy rather than forcing the thoughts out!

If what you are trying isn’t working…. Do something different! Really mix it up, shock your system…. Before you know it you’ll be either laughing or happy…. How good does that sound!

In preparation for International Women's day lets all look at ourselves and each other with support, compassion and respect.

It's a crazy world out there and every one of us is on our own journey, battling our own challenges. We do not know or can appreciate what the woman stood next to us is struggling with.

All it takes is a smile...

life can be hard... I can't remember the last time I looked in the mirror and didn't see dark bags under my eyes! But every day I look at my son and know that he is amazing and one day he will sleep through. I look at my family and love that I finally have the network around me I strived for, for many years. I look at my business and know I am doing amazing things.

Lets keep going ladies, hand in hand, with a smile on our face and fixing each others crowns. As a team we can accomplish anything!
