Machining Nitronic 60 using CNMG120408 HRM AH8015 RV120 F0.2 0.5Doc. we found any harder the workpiece would push back.

I was dreading this job as it was tied up and had a keyway feature through a thread. I had not done a keyway on a CNC before but as always got the right tooling in and added a new feather to the cap. Always learning always moving forward.
