Where to even start with this bloody amazing experience?! Honestly it's so hard to whittle this down to 20 photos 

Earlier this month, I got to take part in this amazing day with rooted in you, hosted by the beautiful Sophia and Alex, and what a bloody lovely day it was! 

A group of strangers stepped into a retreat dedicated to self-growth, inner clarity, and reconnecting with the parts of ourselves we often overlook

We went deep into meditation, movement, reflection, and honest conversations. Watching this group of women from so many different walks of life just slow down, open up, and reconnect with themselves was powerful

We all left the day feeling grateful, grounded, and full of lessons we didn’t know we needed. This was such a new experience for me, if you'd have told me a year ago I would be in this space, doing sound healing, meditation and cacao ceremony's, I would absolutely not have believed you! And now I just can't wait for the next one ❤️ 

So many of these amazing people were also working or running their businesses in the online space, something I'm working towards this year with big goals ahead. I'm so grateful to be able to connect with these ladies and learn from them! 

Here’s to growth, gratitude, and becoming better humans in business and in life. ✨

Also made some half decent banana breads and built some furniture!

The month also wouldn't be complete without me ordering furniture which gets stuck in the doorway and has to be returned 😭

We made a poor effort on the photos for this weekend, but here's some select few snaps from Halloween in Bristol!

After 6.5 hours of traffic we managed to get dressed up and head out into the cold for some tunes

Before we left we headed to the bridge to get up to mischief doing some fireworks for our boy Tom ❤️ Bonus of some stunning views too!

In other news, I have a temporary living room, carpet, and a bed! The front of my house still looks like a tip, and me and mum did a lot of sofa browsing

It's been a hot minute since we went on a cruise together! Couldn't resist one for my gals 30th birthday - the all inclusive drinks package was used to the best of our abilities 🍷

The rest of September, featuring furry snuggles and some pretty lovely dinners with friends!

And of course, how can we forget the trauma of the awful living room floor! Luckily I've now said fairwell to those horrible tiles ❤️

Lots of background work going on in the house at this time, but fortunately I wasn't the one doing the work, hence the lack of videos. Can't wait to show off the before and afters!

Update on the first week of home owning back in September!

We all very gladly got stuck in taking down all of the, shall we say questionable decor that came with it?

Really enjoying making these videos to track what we've been up to! My family have all got stuck in and we made some very decent progress just in the first week!

Just one asbestos mishap and an oversized piece of carpet having to be cut in the road, other than that it's safe to say we've been successful so far 😀

Of course I had to finish the week off with some AMAZING food at , obviously paired with some also amazing wine 🍷

Onwards and upwards 🏠

Well apparently for the last 2 weeks of August I only took photos of the one, the only, RILEYYYY THE ANGEL CAKES DOG LEGEND!

Perfect way to finish off the summer posts with a tribute to my favourite and most handsome boy in my life ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Grateful to have such a special dog as part of our family who makes me smile and turn to mush every time I walk past him (He's probably sick of me climbing into his bed for space invading cuddles, but he doesn't complain)

We got the pleasure of TWO trips to waxham this year with some bloody stunning coastal views and lots of silliness between friends ❤️

Only one broken collar bone of a 31 year old boy and no other humans were injured in the making of these wonderful weekends 😂 Can't wait to get back next summer 🌞
