One year ago, Thrive Tribe was a vision. Today, it is a chapter built on relationships, discipline, contribution and results. 🦁
This week, we celebrated the first anniversary of BNI Thrive Tribe.
It was more than a birthday celebration. It was a moment to recognise what can be achieved when ambitious local business owners come together, consistently show up and genuinely commit to helping one another grow.
Behind this milestone are twelve months of early mornings, one-to-one meetings, introductions, referrals, visitors welcomed, opportunities created and relationships built.
None of it happened by accident.
It has taken commitment, resilience and a shared belief that business networking should be about more than exchanging cards. It should be about building trust, opening doors and creating measurable results for the people around us.
As part of the celebration, we presented certificates to recognise the chapter’s top performers across our first year.

Congratulations to everyone who received recognition. Your consistency and contribution have helped establish the standard for what Thrive Tribe can become.
The celebration was also a bittersweet one, as we said goodbye to our Vice President, Sian Sanders, who is stepping away from the chapter for personal reasons.
Sian’s contribution throughout our first year has been exceptional.

In July, Sian joined the prestigious BNI 100 Point Club, recognising an outstanding month of activity, contribution and results. She also finished July ranked as the number one BNI member across the entire Norfolk region.
That achievement speaks volumes about the consistency, generosity and determination she brought, not only to our chapter, but to the wider BNI community.
Sian helped shape the culture of Thrive Tribe during its first year. She leaves having set a powerful example of what it means to contribute, lead and create opportunities for others. Her impact will remain part of our chapter’s story, and we wish her and her family every happiness and success in the next chapter.
Finally, thank you to every current member, former member, visitor, supporter and local business owner who has played a part in this journey.
Every meeting attended, every introduction made, every referral passed and every word of encouragement has helped us reach this milestone.
We are proud of what we have achieved, but we are even more excited about what we are building.
