Happy 5th birthday to us! Yet again we smashed all of our targets and have had our best ever year. This last week we've signed 5 new clients in 5 days. That's a record even for us. Each of these are referrals from existing clients. If that doesn't prove we're doing something right i don't know what does. I couldn't be more proud of the Falcon Bookkeeping Team for what we've created. Plus we get a lovely thank you card from one of our existing clients. Bring on the next 12 months.

Due to business growth, we have a fantastic opportunity for a full time split bookkeeping / payroll & office administration role between Falcon Bookkeeping Ltd and our partner accounting firm Brieley Grimsdell Falconer Ltd based in Kimberley, Nottingham.

Some basic bookkeeping experience is ideal with some experience of bookkeeping packages (Xero ideally) but ‘on the job’ training and support will be provided. The role is ideal for someone good with numbers, who has a great attention to detail and is looking at gaining experience as part of a small team in the accountancy industry.

Roles include monthly payroll processing, basic bookkeeping entry and general office administration.

When our landlord announced they wanted to sell we jumped at the chance. The original Brieley & Co accountants was established in Kimberley in 1993 and has evolved to the business it is today, supporting clients in & around the Kimberley area as well as much further afield. We’ve had the pleasure of Joseph in our offices this week on his work experience. He’s had us all working hard with his enthusiasm and speed at grasping the accounting software.
Bank reconciliations. Income & expenditure reviews, payroll and church record audits. All completed perfectly. We’ve been impressed with his keen attention to detail and business knowledge already gained from his 6th form studies.
Thanks for all your hard work Joseph and if this week is anything to go by you’ll ace your A-levels next year! 🌟

Just getting round to displaying these in the office. Another years recognition to offering the absolute best business advise and support.

We believe in investing in our continuous learning and development, at every level within the business. We have staff members training on day release at college working towards qualifications and recently our MD was awarded her Level 3 Diploma in Payroll Management with a whopping 98%!

We see so many new clients coming to us from untrained bookkeepers with inconsistent and inaccurate data entry, inefficient tax filing and missed growth opportunities.

We don't normally shout about our qualifications, our work and referral rate speaks for itself, but the following sure does sound great don't you reckon....
