Platinum Home Care was founded with the aim to provide a personalised care service, enabling people to live well and independently in the comfort of their own home. We are an independent family run company that serves the local community, with a flexible and innovative approach to meeting care needs of our clients. We have a team of professionals that have many years’ experience of deli

vering excellent personalised home care to our clients. Platinum Home Care offer a strong foundation and a high level of expertise, skills and diligence and this is fundamental to our recruitment ethos of selecting the right carers for our clients. We believe this approach helps us maintain our aim of enabling our clients to stay independent in their homes as long as possible. • Working together with our clients and their support network
• Keeping up to date with home care regulations and best practice

Arranging Care At Home:
We understand that arranging care for you or a loved one can be an incredibly sensitive time and may be confusing. It is vital that you understand what care at home involves before making important decisions. The first step is to get in contact with us either by phone, email or visit our office. We will then have an initial chat with you to find out what the care needs are, then organise a convenient time for one of our friendly team to make a home visit to carry out an assessment. Together we will create a care plan which will detail the help and support that will be provided. When an agreement is in place, we will match one of our fully trained carers to you to start delivering the help and support you need at home.

The right candidate for this role will be kind and compassionate with the ability to build caring and therapeutic relationships, you will be a team player who is able to demonstrate integrity whilst also being flexible in your approach to working hours/days/times.

The main duties include but are not limited to:
-Assist service users with personal care needs
-Help at Home tasks, e.g. cleaning, shopping etc
- Social Companionship tasks
-Ensure service users are treated with dignity and respect
-End of life care
-Keep up to date with service users care needs
-Help in the promotion of mental and physical wellbeing
