When you’re speaking with people in property, be straight to the point. Don’t waste time going around in circles. Clear communication gets deals done faster.
2. Buy property in all markets.

3. Work as hard as physically possible.
Most people massively underestimate the amount of work it takes to build real wealth. Long days. Pressure. Sacrifice. Consistency.
