When a job comes in to clear this yard from the company had put into there out off flats/houses but when you go to pick up one off the fridge freezers but it still had food in the freezer because they couldn't be bothered to empty it first, so the smell in this heat 🤢🤢☀️☀️and one thing is I will not take them if you dont empty them first, all so had another two site to clear for the customer, so what I did was collect all the sofas and mattress as one load first , then all the fridge/freezer on the scend load them a third load for the rest.

I did a garden the other week where I had to cut everything right back, the customer got me back to move the soil from the plant bedding area and just to put it at the bottom off the garden because there just going to put a fence in front off it all, it wasn't easy to move all the soil was so hard

So back in April 2026 one off my customers i do full house rip outs fore ask if I would come out to Melton Mowbray to do a big out, but didn't say it was in a where house so when i got there I was looking for a house 😅, when I got there the customer showed me where it was and what happened the customer had fallen through the floor above and didn't know there was a room there so they are turning into a store room so I had to dig out by hand because we couldn't get a digger into the small space ,to a level so we could put hardcore down first and then concrete floor in on Thursday 6 August but the concrete company didn't tuen up so we had to book back in for another day so we finely finished it 13 Thursday August 2026 it taken long because we had to work around with there deliveries, all so a big massive thank you to Jordan's Recycling limited for coming out to Melton Mowbray to pick up the soil .

When i got a call from one off my customers can't I go and put the rubbish in the skip for them because the builders wouldn't do it are the skip was exchanged and said im a pro at it 😅 more like they didn't won't to do it there self's, so i put all the cardboard into my van for recycling and save the customer more room in the skip.

When you get a phone call from an estate agents and explains everything to me so I got them to pass my number on to the old owner and new owner so I can sort it all out for them, what started out to go and quote to remove rubbish from the last owner had left behind and the new owner wasn't happy, but at the same time the new owner wanted the garden cutting right back ready for landscaping so to make the job a lot easier we started with cutting everything back so we didn't have to clamp underneath everything just to get to the waste side off things out.
