Crazy what we eat and drink makes a huge difference on our mental health as well of course our physical fitness.
Get those fruit and veg smooties down you with ironised hydrogen water. Trust me you won't regret it.

It's surprising that having a 1 litre smootie every morning will not only save you money, actullay tastes nice and will cut out 66%ish of animal products, because trust me, you're not eating anything else till you get home from work. BONUS, you'll probably live longer and have less health problems by cutting out so much animal products per day, I think most people now know animal products are bad for us. Red meat is a carcinogen and is in the same category as smoking and asbestos on the World Health Organisation website which can be found here

Breakfast and dinner for about £3 to £4 and you can take them on the go like in the photo, this was me at work about 11am. Takes a week or so to get the texture right for the smoothie. Great for people who have no appetite for breakfast.

A customer that took us up on the 1 month free trial last week has just come back for his free refills for him and his wife.
