At Safety & Access, we're passionate about helping people stay safe at work – and that includes mental health.

Recently, our team completed the FAA/NUCO Level 3 Supervising First Aid for Mental Health qualification, supplied by our sister company, OMS.

The course covered how to recognise the signs of common mental health conditions, support colleagues who may be struggling and confidently signpost people towards professional help.

In construction and scaffolding, looking out for each other goes beyond physical safety. Sometimes a simple conversation can make a real difference.

This course is for people who are new to scaffolding. Existing CISRS Scaffolding Labourer (green) Card holders also need to take this course to renew their card every five years. The course teaches the basics of the industry and how to work safely with scaffolding and access equipment.
