📢 Have your plate’s been cloned? Here's what to do 📢
Number plate cloning is when criminals copy your registration and put it on another car. Potentially leaving you with penalties for offences you didn't commit.

If you think it's happened to you:
1️⃣ Report it to the Police ASAP:
Explain what's happened & get a crime reference number.

2️⃣ Tell the DVLA:
Update them on events & provide the crime reference number.

3️⃣ Contact the Fine Issuer to Appeal:
Explain the cloning, provide car photos & the crime reference number.

4️⃣ Keep & Provide Evidence:
Provide photographs of your car or tracking records to help challenge any fine.

If a penalty arrives for somewhere, you've never been, don't ignore it. Your vehicles registration could have been cloned.

🌟 Tennants Employee of the Month: Piotr 🌟
Always great to receive positive feedback about a member of the team and of late, we’ve had several shout outs for our very own Piotr.

Whilst stepping in to represent Tennants at a recent exhibition, Piotr has also taken lead on demonstrating our Baseline sign design software to forward thinking traffic management firms, and he continues to lead with a proactive approach to his field-based role. A valued member of our technical team that always goes above and beyond.

Great work Piotr, we’re pleased to award you with Employee of the Month and a voucher to recognise your efforts. Keep up the good work. 👏

🚧 Modular Signs Built with Replaceable Parts 🚧
The biggest advantage of a modern, modular sign system is simple: You replace damaged parts not the whole sign.

Quick-Lock Signs are designed around interchangeable parts, helping extend its working life and maximising the value of your investment.

▪️ Sign Plates: can be replaced or refaced
▪️ Vertical Posts: replaceable hi-visibility posts
▪️ Weighted Bases: wont spill and reusable for years

If a sign face is damaged, swap or reface it. When a post breaks, replace it and recycle the material. That’s the advantage of a modular approach: less waste, easier maintenance and signs built for long-term use.

🛠️ Built for Compliance, Certified to Perform 🛠️
BSAU 145e certification provides assurance that Enviro-Plate is designed and manufactured to meet vehicle identification, road safety and law enforcement requirements.

Under the certification process, samples are independently checked by a UKAS-accredited laboratory across a range of physical and optical tests.

Testing includes:
▪️Impact, bending & weather resistance
▪️Overall plate and component adhesion
▪️Retroreflection and colourimetry levels
▪️Visibility to humans & ANPR cameras

Enviro-Plate’s compliance isn't just a certificate; it's confidence that it will perform when it really matters.

🔧 Spindle Solves: Invoice Administration
When managing multiple dealerships, number plate invoices shouldn't be something you have to chase or search for.

Spindle gives trade customers a dedicated Invoices page, where invoices can be found when you need them. View invoices for:
▪️ Individual order numbers
▪️ Customer reference numbers
▪️ Payment method or status
▪️ Overdue or completed orders
▪️ Downloads with Pay Now option

🤝 Checking recent purchases or looking to pay, no inbox archaeology needed.

♻️ Sustainable Sign Systems Improve Efficiency ♻️
Sustainability in traffic management shouldn't come at the expense of operational practicality or efficiency.

Quick-Lock Signs combine recycled materials with a lightweight, modular design that improves how temporary signs are transported, deployed and reused.
▪️ 100% Recycled ABS Sign Plates: won’t bend, curl or fold
▪️ 100% Recycled PVC Bases: reusable and replace sandbags
▪️ Recycled PVC Posts: a lighter alternative to steel frames

Depending on deployment, Quick-Lock delivers significant weight savings compared with traditional steel-framed signs. Less weight means more units can potentially be carried per vehicle, helping reduce deployment journeys, mileage, associated fuel use and CO₂ emissions.

The result? A sign system that's easier to transport with a lifespan of years.
