2M Asbestos We conduct Asbestos surveys to identify asbestos containing materials. We manage properties through our online database. We offer training services.

Training is IATP audited We conduct Asbestos Management, Demolition & Refurbishment Surveys to identify asbestos containing materials ;
* We identify what types of acm’s are present;
we assess its condition and risk;
* We will provide you with a report of our findings with plans & photos to locate and manage any acm’s. In compliance with your ‘Duty to Manage’ ;
* We will provide you with an Asbest

os Register which you will use to provide information to anyone who will be liable to work on or disturb any acm’s.
* You will receive advice on any acm’s which require remedial or removal works. If you have multiple properties, we have an online database system which you can use to access all your Registers and data for each property. We also provide advice and guidance for creating and implementing asbestos policies, procedures and offer asbestos training to businesses and organisations. We provide multiple training courses such as ;
* Asbestos Awareness for Building Trades to ensure they are aware of risk from exposure to asbestos and the types of materials that contain asbestos in buildings.
* Practical training for Tradesmen to carry out low-risk activities such as working on cement based products, decorative finishes (artex) etc. Refresher courses for Tradesmen and Asbestos Removers.
* Training for Asbestos Removers, Managers & Supervisors.
