🏆 Achieving the Gold Standard in Health & Safety 🦺

We are proud to announce we have achieved the gold standard in health and safety with ISO 45001! After months of hard work, WorkBox UK have been awarded the accreditation which is the world’s international standard for occupational health and safety.

Along with our ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, which have been recertified for another three years, ISO 45001 ensures WorkBox UK provides a healthy and safe working environment for our employees and everyone who visits our workplaces.

The certification is issued to protect employees and visitors from work-related accidents and diseases and was developed to mitigate any factors that can cause employees and businesses irreparable harm.

We are very saddened to hear of the passing of Dinos Patrinos, a good friend of ours and coach at cup winning club Long Bennington. Grassroots football is an essential part of the football community and Dinos instilled a passion for playing in every team he coached. This weekend, intrepid climbers Stuart and Matt will be embarking on a trek in the Lake District to raise vital funds for cancer research.

This is the first year our directors have teamed up to ascend the heights of the high fells as part of the Climb of Life in aid of the Institute of Cancer Research. The annual event, which has raised almost £2m over its 37-year history, sees teams take part in the gruelling challenge in early winter conditions.

One in two of us will be affected by cancer in our lifetime. The ICR in London is one of the leading research bodies working with over 300 scientists in clinical trials.
