✨ Project Showcase: Dental Practice Refurbishment in South Woodford ✨

WorkBox UK are pleased to showcase the recent completion of a full dental practice refurbishment in South Woodford for one of their long-standing clients.

The project involved a complete transformation of the practice, including:

* Full external and internal decoration
* Complete reception area fit-out
* Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) flooring throughout communal areas
* Cap and cove vinyl flooring throughout surgeries, toilets, decontamination rooms and kitchenette areas
* Associated finishing works throughout the practice

With the practice remaining fully operational throughout the refurbishment, careful planning and close coordination with the client were essential to minimise disruption to staff and patients.

Project managed by Rui Thacker, the works were successfully delivered on programme, with zero health and safety incidents, ensuring the practice could continue operating safely throughout the refurbishment.

Coffee, cake & a great cause! 💚🍰☕️

Last week, we came together at WorkBoxUK for our Macmillan Coffee Morning, with the team bringing in an amazing selection of homemade bakes and sweet treats to share.

It was a lovely opportunity to step away from our desks, catch up with colleagues, enjoy some baked goods and, most importantly, raise money for a fantastic cause.

A special thank you to our Head of Risk & Assurance, Mark, for bringing in the most amazing health and safety-inspired cupcakes, which tied into his CDM awareness presentation. They definitely stole the show!👷

A new chapter 🚀

We are incredibly proud to celebrate the promotion of Mark Eastburn to Head of Risk & Assurance | HSEQ at WorkBoxUK. 🎉

Since joining us as Health & Safety Manager in January, Mark has made a fantastic impact through his commitment, expertise and passion for continuous improvement.

We are excited to see what the next chapter holds and look forward to having Mark play an even greater role in shaping the future of WorkBoxUK.

Here is what Mark had to say about his journey:

“I'm incredibly proud from joining WorkBox as Health & Safety Manager initially in January and to now taking on the role of Head of Risk & Assurance | HSEQ. The last nine months have been an exciting journey of learning, collaboration and growth.

What I have enjoyed most is working alongside our teams, both on site and behind the scenes, helping to bring about improvements while learning from the experience and expertise around me. I believe the best decisions come from combining strategic thinking with real operational understanding, and I'm looking forward to continuing to support our people, our clients and the future growth of WorkBox.

Whilst I'm honoured by the promotion, I don't see it as a personal achievement alone. It's a reflection of the support, trust and teamwork of those around me. Another successful project delivered for one of our long-standing clients.

WorkBox recently completed a new sales office, providing a full turnkey solution including design, finishes, bespoke joinery, electrical installation, blinds and furniture.

A special thank you to Kat Hughes for expertly managing the project and Clarice Elliott for leading the design and bringing the vision to life.

We're incredibly grateful to our client for once again placing their trust in WorkBox. It's a testament to the strength of our partnership that this business model has now been successfully rolled out across multiple sites.

We’re underway with the transformation of this space into a unique and highly detailed client showcase environment, designed to bring together a range of products, solutions and interactive displays within one purpose-built setting.

This project is being managed by Marius Chicet,
with Matt Taylor and Clarice Elliot leading the design, bringing their vision to life through a number of bespoke features and carefully considered details throughout the space.

It’s great to see the project taking shape from these very early stages, we’re looking forward to sharing more of the transformation as the works progress. 👀

Last week, the WorkBox UK team headed to the Eco-Power Stadium for the WorkBox Derby – Doncaster Rovers vs Notts County.

As proud sponsors of both Notts County and Doncaster Rovers, this was a particularly special fixture for us, and we were delighted to also be Match Sponsors for the game.

It was great to get the team together; enjoy the match and show our support for two clubs we are extremely proud to be associated with.
