Leadership is changing.

The challenges leaders face today require more than technical expertise, management skills or another leadership framework.

They require self-awareness.

They require courage.

They require the ability to create environments where people feel they belong, can thrive and are empowered to perform at their best.

That's why I created my approach to leadership development.

Through executive coaching, leadership programmes, team coaching, inclusion dialogues and wellbeing initiatives, I partner with organisations to develop leaders who can navigate complexity with confidence, compassion and clarity.

My work combines the best of behavioural science, coaching psychology and human-centred leadership, alongside the wisdom of reflection, presence and meaningful dialogue.

Because leadership isn't just about what we do.

It's about who we choose to be.

If you are a leader looking to inspire trust, build inclusive cultures and create lasting impact, I'd love to start a conversation.

Are you ready to develop the leaders your organisation needs for tomorrow?

Where do you look for inspiration? Me? I have studied with teachers, gurus, gained qualifications, sated my curiosity in endless books from both Eastern and western sages, immersed myself in practices new and old, on many retreats and courses for my own development and to be able to support the people who work with me. All of which has led me to understanding leadership from a whole person perspective.

And I share this with Leaders, like you in The No. 8 Club where I bring these perspectives together, combining psychological insight with practices that help you connect into your own deeper intelligence. It’s about recognising that we already hold more knowledge than we realise and learning how to access it with clarity, presence, and courage.

What will you experience:

Return to centre - finding calm within change.

Reflect deeply - reconnecting with your truth.

Restore energy - learning to lead without depletion.

Rise naturally - expanding your impact with clarity and confidence.

Not another thing to do - but a way to be

A Place To Reflect, Restore and Rebalance

Why No.8? These are not webinars or workshops.
They’re conversations that restore your inner compass — so you can lead with greater confidence, clarity and calm.

Lots of curiosity about the No.8 Club in the past week. I am grateful for your interest. Thank you.

Let me share , here, a bit more. The No. 8 Club is a monthly circle for conscious leaders to return to centre, reconnect with purpose, and rise into their next chapter with clarity and calm. For those who hold space for others, this is where you let yourself be held.

This is where you come to breathe, think, and reconnect to purpose, away from the noise.

I was invited to create this Club by my clients, who care deeply about people, purpose, and the ripple effect they create in the world. Perhaps, like them, you’ve felt like a square peg in a round hole within systems that don’t always value reflection or inclusion. You might be questioning how to stay grounded amid constant change, or how to lead in ways that feel true to who you are.

The No. 8 Club is a space to find balance between doing and being, performance and presence, ambition and alignment. You might be a CEO, director, founder, or manager, but titles aren’t what matter here. What matters is your desire to lead with authenticity, self-awareness, and heart.

And to not feel like a lone voice shouting into a vacuum.

Here, you’ll find a community where conversations go beyond the surface, where voices are heard, and where growth happens from the inside out.

Interested in knowing more...DM me or hop onto one of the webinars on the 17th and 24th June at 8:00am for 45 mins where I can share what we do and answer your questions.

The best leaders don't just develop new strengths.

They regularly examine the shadows of their existing ones.

Leadership begins with self-awareness.
One of the biggest leadership traps is assuming that what made you successful yesterday will automatically make you successful tomorrow.

I often ask leaders a simple question:

"What strength are you overusing?"

The room usually goes quiet.

Because every leadership strength has a shadow side.

The leader known for being decisive may unintentionally stop others contributing.

The leader who always helps their team may create dependency rather than growth.

The leader who prides themselves on high standards may unknowingly create pressure and fear of failure.

The challenge isn't the strength itself.

The challenge is when we become so attached to it that we stop noticing its impact.

Leadership development is not simply about adding new skills.

It's about developing the awareness to recognise when our strengths are serving us and when they are getting in the way.
The leaders who continue to grow are those willing to hold up the mirror and ask:

- What behaviours got me here?

- What does my team need from me now?

- Which habits should I strengthen?

- Which habits should I let go of?

The future of leadership belongs to those who can evolve, not just those who can perform.

So I'll leave you with the same question:

What leadership strength might be becoming your biggest limitation?

What if leadership didn't have to feel so heavy?

Over the past few weeks, we've been privileged to walk alongside a group of leaders through our latest No.8 Club journey. The conversations have been honest, courageous and deeply human.

Leaders shared experiences of navigating pressure, reconnecting with purpose, building confidence, finding greater clarity and creating space to lead in a way that feels more authentic and sustainable.

But don't just take our word for it, hear directly from some of our recent members about the impact the programme has had on them.

If you've been curious about No.8 Club and wondering whether it's right for you, we'd love to invite you to join us for a complimentary 45-minute taster session.

Come and experience a different conversation about leadership.

One that blends reflection, self-awareness, neuroscience, emotional intelligence and the belief that great leadership begins within.

We'd love to welcome you.

1. Avoiding difficult conversations
2. Moving too fast through change
3. Expecting people to “just get on with it”
On the surface, it looks like leadership.
Underneath?
It creates disconnection.
Because people don’t disengage overnight.
They disengage when:
they don’t feel heard
they don’t feel safe
they don’t feel considered
Leadership isn’t just about direction.
It’s about presence.

My coach approach to working with leaders is informed by Eastern and Western approaches, both ancient and new. I love the concepts that I am bought into contact with from people all over the world.

I work with an Ayurvedic Therapist in Portugal, Juju Natural, often sends me mantras to meditate to and I love diving into understanding what the ancient Sanskrit means. The one that I have been working with is the mantra “Asato mā sad gamaya”.

It is one of the most loved and recited peace prayers in the Vedic tradition.

“Asato mā sad gamaya” means “Lead me from illusion to truth” or “Guide me from what is false into what is real.”

But philosophically, it carries far more depth than simply “lies versus facts.” It refers to living unconsciously, identifying only with ego, being trapped in fear, status, conditioning, or separation, mistaking temporary things for lasting fulfilment.

And “truth” points toward deeper awareness, alignment, inner stillness, wisdom, the recognition of our interconnected nature.

This is why the mantra still resonates so strongly in leadership, coaching, and wellbeing work today. It speaks to a human movement from performance to authenticity, from noise to clarity, from reaction to presence.

Many people use it as a meditation mantra because it gently re-orients the mind toward what is essential.

In a world obsessed with speed, performance, titles and noise… it asks a beautifully uncomfortable question…What is actually true? What lies behind the leadership mask?

So many leaders I work with are exhausted not because they are weak, but because they are carrying versions of themselves that no longer fit.

The mantra reminds me that growth is not always about becoming more. Sometimes it is about shedding stuff and going from reaction to presence, control to connection.

Remembering what matters beneath the noise.

And perhaps the greatest leadership work of our time is not learning how to lead others better……but learning how to return to ourselves more honestly.
