A tehcinical fault occurred with some of our email addresses and website from Friday Afternoon, sadly we only got reports of this on Monday and had the errors fixed the same day.

If you have received a bounce back message or not got a ticket number receipt from us, please resend your email or complete the form again.

This only affected someone forms and email addresses ending in .ukmailboxdirect.co.uk

Dear Customers,

I hope your all well?

We would like to remind you all that we are still open for business. We are trying to get through emails as quick as we can but we are getting a higher than normal amount of letters arriving each day.

The letters we are receiving more of seem to be from HMRC and Companies House in relation to duties around the new financial year, tax code changes or reminders. Some of these letters require IMMEDIATE action or within 14 days.

We recommend not waiting for mail to build up before requesting us to forward on and to have your accounts topped up ready for us to send your mail on.

There are delays in some parts of the county with Royal Mail so it could take longer than normal for mail to arrive at our offices. We will process any mail as soon as it arrives.

If you have any emails from us confirming mail has arrived or that your credit needs topping up please reply to these emails ASAP 🙂
