With over 20 years experience in the security industry, Trident founded in 2013, has expanded its knowledge and evolved with the changing times to provide up to date and customer service focused security services. All of our employees are registered and trained Security Industry Authority (SIA) badge holders in door supervision, CCTV, Key holding and Close protection. Additionally, all of our employees go through customer service training and get briefed on the specific needs of each client.We have built a strong client list throughout the East Midlands of loyal and valued customers and we project additional growth over the next year. Developing relationships and collaborating with other established security companies in the UK, like Macaw Security, who build highly sophisticated CCTV systems for domestic and commercial properties, has helped us to expand into multiple sectors of the security industry. Across our K9 operations, members of the Trident management team regularly attend sites and venues to check in with staff, make sure expectations are clear and ensure the standards we set are being maintained.

It’s also about supporting the people doing the job, being available, listening and making sure the team knows management are there when needed.

Strong standards start with strong leadership and that means being present on site, not just managing from a distance.
