As all Companies in these unprecedented times, We are closely monitoring Government advice on Corona Virus / COVID-19, whilst striving to run our operations as normal as possible
I would like to reassure you that we are diligently following guidance and best practise from the NHS and Government, amongst others to ensure that our products and services are delivered to you in the safest way possible.
The health, well-being and safety of our customers and staff are our upmost priority. We have therefore implemented measures to restrict contact and protect everyone over the coming weeks and months:-
• Non-essential meetings / site visits have been cancelled, essential meetings / Site Visits shall be conducted under the strict instruction of a
3 metre distance between all parties, No Business cards or Company paraphernalia from either company shall be accepted.
• We Have taken the decision from Monday 16th March 2020 to support all staff in Non Collection Roles to work remotely from Home, as
well as we, shall support all staff that need to self-isolate.
• We ask that you support us with hand washing facilities where appropriate during site visits if and when required
• Our Hygiene practice remain high and we are taking precautionary measures to avoid / minimise any cross spreading
• All collectors shall now sign any duty of care documents on your behalf, these shall then be scanned and Emailed directly to you, where this is
not possible a picture message of the document shall be sent through to a contact number of your choice.
We would like to ensure all of our customers and suppliers that all of our staff are very well aware, and trans versant, of the current situation and all staff within Waste & Resource are doing there upmost to refrain from all social gatherings when possible, in this way we can all make a difference in these difficult times.
