Love it when a family shares their results with their son’s nursery to see if there’s further families I can help, then sends me the message. We haven’t even finished working together yet! Louie is 20 months old.

Love it when I have calls with my clients and they make comments like this. “Thanks for empowering us as parents Amanda”. Lovely walk this morning with Mums on the Move around my local nature reserve. Lovely to chat sleep and books with the mums as they navigate their journey into motherhood. One little one even was looking at ‘That’s Not My Teddy’.

Love it when I work with a family and as well as better sleep they also see secondary benefits. This 20 month old was breastfeeding every time he woke and wasn’t eating much solids when we started. This family still wanted the bonding experience and nutrition from the breast milk during the bedtime routine but to have him in his own cot during the night and not feeding to sleep every wake so Daddy could be more involved.
We’re only 1 week in and he’s sleeping in his cot, having the bedtime breast milk but then not needing or wanting more during the night. So now he’s hungry for his meals and loving them. His parents are so pleased. An additional win.
