Nothing sharpens a pitch like a room full of founders 🚀

Big thanks to everyone who joined us at Pitching Practice this morning at Built in Notts. The room brought such supportive energy and genuinely valuable, constructive feedback.

Huge shoutout to Samantha, Jake, Borislava, Rolanda, Tope and Fatimah for stepping up and pressure-testing their pitches with the community. It takes courage to get in the hot seat and it’s exactly how great ideas get sharper.

📌 Just a heads up, Lab82 will be closed next week, so there won’t be a Built in Notts session. We’ll be back on Wednesday 3rd June @ 10am for Intro to Git.

This free hands-on workshop is designed to help you take the next step, teaching you what investors look for, why most pitches miss the mark, and how to get your business investor-ready. Limited places.

It’s run by Martin Sandhu, a product and startup consultant with 20+ years of experience helping founders build and raise.

You’ll leave with a clear picture of where you stand and specific actions to move forward. And following the workshops, a select number of businesses will be offered free one-to-one coaching for three months.
