After a quick inspection, we diagnosed a broken nearside front coil spring — a common issue that can worsen quickly if left unchecked.

We recently recovered in a 2007 Ford Focus with no drive at all.

After diagnosing the issue and removing the gearbox, we found the clutch had completely failed.

✅ Gearbox removed
✅ Full 3-piece clutch kit replaced
✅ Gearbox refitted and tested

The vehicle was back with the customer the very next day and driving as it should again 👌

2018 Peugeot 5008 in with low oil pressure 🚨

Fault traced to the cambelt breaking up due to the vehicle being 40,000 miles overdue its service.

We removed the sump, thoroughly cleaned the oil pickup, replaced the cambelt, and carried out a full service using the correct manufacturer-specified oil. Issue resolved and engine protected ✅

⚠️ This is exactly why regular servicing is so important — missed services can lead to serious (and expensive) damage.
