About Us:
At the Grainstore Brewery, we are passionate about brewing consistent, high-quality traditional real ales that have brought people together since 1994.
We are now looking to hire a hardworking, reliable, and enthusiastic Brewery Assistant to join our small, dedicated Brewing Team. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s not afraid to get stuck in and wants to develop their brewing skills in a traditional real ale environment.
This is an exciting time to join our Brewing Team and be part of our continued company group expansion plans.
With our recent purchase of Musket Brewery and the success of Pink Top Gas Co. the future looks bright.
In the not to distant future (but not yet), we will be advertising for a passionate ‘Head Brewer’ to head up the Team, so please express a tentative confidential interest if this might be you.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the brewery
• Support the Brewery Engineer with breakdowns and preventing breakdowns from happening in the first place
• Assist the wider business (Warehouse/Dray Team) and the wider company group when required
⸻
What We’re Looking For:
• Physically fit and willing to work in a hands-on environment
• A genuine passion for beer and brewing
