How will it work?

It will be a group workshop via zoom, delivered across four sessions on a fortnightly basis. Our fortnightly sessions will last 90 minutes and each session will be recorded for those who sign up.

The sessions will take place on the following Mondays - 7th and 21st Feb and 7th and 21st March, 1.00pm until 2.30pm. To keep you on track we will have a 1:1 phone call in between each session, and a 121 at the end to finalise your plan.

You will also receive my BP template and financial plan excel spreadsheet template.

Clarity on the numbers…. this is non negotiable if you’re serious about your business.

Understanding the numbers, what they mean and identifying the ones to focus on is absolutely non negotiable for any business owner who is serious about their business and wants to create a successful and sustainable business. If you want to grow your business you need to invest some time in getting to grips with the numbers and the finances.

My clients describe me as a 'great teacher who explains the finances using easy to understand language' 😀

The cost of time

Time is the most finite resource on the planet. Every second is only available for, well, a second. We can’t borrow it and we can’t save it (when we say we’ve saved time what we really mean is we’ve spent less time doing something than we used to). We can’t even actually waste time; the only thing you can do with time is spend it.

Our choice is simple ......do we spend our time wisely or do we spend it foolishly.

In doing all the things you do in running your business have you thought about where you're spending your time. Are you spending that finite resource wisely or foolishly?

Calling in the experts to help with the parts of your business that you either can't do very well, or don't enjoy doing, is a really smart move and yet there are lots of business owners out there who think it's more efficient for them to do everything themselves to keep the costs down.

BIG mistake. Big. Huge. (ok, what film is this a quote from? 😀) One of my faves

One of the first things I do with my clients is look at where they're sending their time. Time is money. Time is finite. Once it's gone it's gone.

Think about what you spend your time on in your business. It's a very enlightening exercise.
