One thing I always try to stress to property agents and other professionals is how much difference a little editing and elevation can make to a photo. The two photos below were both taken by me using the same camera and settings from the same spot but I believe that the second shot which is elevated and has had some simple editing shows a marked improvement.

Being able to elevate a camera to get a higher view shot of a property can make such a difference in being able to show a property in its setting. In areas where drones are not allowed the use of a pole achieves this perfectly. www.devonps.co.uk.
