Today is National Fitness Day and it's a good opportunity to mention what we have on site at Ram Mill.

Hale Training Club is based on the ground floor of our building in Oldham — a fully equipped gym with friendly personal trainers, lots of classes, physiotherapy space, showers and changing rooms. It's open to everyone, not just the businesses based here.
