Heritage 1907 is our events venue on the mezzanine floor of Ram Mill in Oldham.

The space holds up to 220 guests and has been used for weddings, corporate dinners, private parties, award evenings and everything in between. The building is from 1907 and still has a lot of its original features — exposed brickwork, high ceilings and an overhead crane that's been here since the mill was operating.

Catering is flexible. Most clients bring their own but we can also arrange it. There are no set packages — we work around what each event actually needs.

One thing people always notice when they view our offices is the windows.

They’re 4.7 metres high, with original brick columns between each section, so the rooms get a lot of natural light throughout the day.

The building itself dates back to 1907, and we’ve tried to keep as much of that character as possible. You’ll still see exposed brickwork, original tiled areas, high ceilings and big windows across the building.

The offices themselves are modern and practical, with air conditioning, fibre internet, private kitchen facilities and proper finishes throughout.

They’re private offices too, so each business has its own space, its own door and a proper base to work from.

We’ve now got over 50 businesses based at Ram Mill, from national companies to local independents, with parking, meeting rooms, a café, gym and reception team all on site.

Offices start from around 400 sq ft, with larger spaces also available.

It has been a busy year at Ram Mill Business Centre, with several new tenants joining the building and further office developments now underway

We will be sharing more updates soon, as some of the spaces currently being worked on are coming together really well.

We currently have a small number of offices available, including:

A bright ground floor office suitable for around 8–10 desks, with excellent natural light and kitchen facilities already built in. A great option for a growing team looking for good quality office space in Oldham.

Father’s Day is this Sunday, so we want to wish a Happy Father’s Day to all the dads, grandads, stepdads and father figures from everyone at Ram Mill and 1907 Café.

If your dad keeps saying he’s getting old… bring him for coffee inside a building that’s been here since 1907.

That should make him feel better.

It’s a good spot for a relaxed catch-up, a working breakfast, a quick lunch, or a coffee before the day properly starts.

We’re open Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4pm, and walk-ins are always welcome.

In 1915 Ram Mill had 112,980 spindles running across its floors.

Today it's got over 50 businesses, a café, a gym, meeting rooms, free parking, and superfast broadband.

Ram Mill has been standing in Oldham since 1907 — through the cotton boom, through the industry collapse, through everything. It's seen a lot of this town's history from the inside.

Now it's writing a different chapter.

If you've never been inside, you should probably come and have a look.

A few weeks ago, Ram Mill had a slightly different kind of day.

Through part of the building was used for a Vodafone World Cup advert featuring Mo Salah.

There were cameras, lighting rigs, production crew, equipment, set builds… and a fair few tenants trying to work out what on earth was going on.

We had to keep quiet at the time, but now the advert is out, we can finally share it.

It was a proud moment for us. A global brand, one of the biggest names in football, and a World Cup campaign — with Ram Mill playing a small part right here in Oldham.

It also shows the range of what this building can do. Offices, meeting rooms, events, gym facilities, shoots & film production… every year this place seems to find another use.

Big thanks to and everyone involved in making it happen.

Ram Mill has been part of Oldham's skyline since 1907.

When it first opened, it was a cotton spinning mill with over 112,000 spindles operating across its floors. More than a century later, those same floors have found a new purpose.

Today, Ram Mill is home to over 50 businesses. Solicitors, recruiters, training providers, charities, logistics companies, consultants and growing businesses all work from the same building.

One of the things people often say when they visit is that it doesn't feel like a typical office building. The original brickwork, Victorian tiled floors, huge windows and high ceilings give it a completely different feel to most workspaces.

We're also only a couple of minutes from Junction 21 of the M60, making it easy to reach from across Greater Manchester without paying city centre rents.

If you're looking for a new base for your business, come and take a look around. The building speaks for itself.

Yesterday was a great day at Ram Mill.

A group of young lads from Oldham chose Heritage 1907 event space o launch their new fragrance brand during Mental Health Awareness Week — and the message behind it made the event even more meaningful.

The launch was centred around confidence, identity, and getting people to speak more openly about mental health. Seeing a local group put something like this together was brilliant to see.

We also had a talk from Barry Ogden from Andy’s Man Club North West. What made the moment even more special was discovering that Barry’s great-grandfather helped build Ram Mill over 100 years ago. Watching him speak beneath the original overhead crane which still carries his great-grandfather’s name was so heartwarming.

And the fragrances themselves were genuinely impressive. Each one had its own meaning:

✨ COSMOS — inspired by the feeling of everything falling into place
🌙 MOONDUST — inspired by finding light during difficult times
💥 STARBURST — inspired by learning to embrace who you are

We also had incredible hot food served throughout the evening by the talented regularly caters for our corporate events here at Ram Mill. If you haven’t tried her food yet, you’re seriously missing out

We’re currently looking to connect with a mobile car valeter, or someone interested in running a small car wash / valeting setup on site at Ram Mill Business Centre in Oldham.

Ram Mill is home to 70+ companies, alongside conference rooms, a gym, dance studio, self-storage and an event hall. It’s a busy site throughout the week and on a typical day we see around 400–500 cars coming in and out, with staff, visitors and gym members using the facilities.

With a 250-space car park and a strong flow of vehicles already on site, we believe this could be a great opportunity for the right operator to build a regular customer base.
