Dear all, I have retired from Photoshopping thus will not be taking any more work on.
I will do the odd special request and certainly enjoy doing some stuff for myself but at my age I need the rest without stress. Thanks everybody, hope you had a great Christmas and best wishes for the new year.

Finished this yesterday for a customer, not my best work, but the customer said it brought a tear to his eyes. That's what I love to hear, it's my hobby and I really do enjoy it.
How do I know what colours to use? Well I really don't know because I was born with Deuteranomaly (Colour blind). It's only a mild form but has stopped me enjoying colours the way most people do 😕

Finished this little repair yesterday. A lovely lady asked me if I could repair the photo for her 90yr old mothers birthday who was 18 at the time, which dated the picture appx 1949.
Most of the damage was around the jaw line which is a little tricky to restore in a way that it looks natural. I managed it to the daughters delight and as I had promised it for free, she's sending me a donation through PayPal.

This is a recent photo I restored for someone I know. I didn't really think it was worth saving but the lady (The baby) wanted something that would last. She told me It was taken from some kind of online family tree when I asked about the pixelation so that explains poor detail and size.
Anyway, I did what I could without breaking my brain and she tells me she absolutely loves it so everyone's a winner.

Not the first photo I've manipulated for a friend in such sad circumstances.
This one was for George, a good friend who I will greatly miss. In fact I was like a puppy crying in the snow today at his funeral. Thought I was tougher than that but when it has to come out I guess you let it.
Rest in peace mate and I hope there's truth in that you've just gone fishing.

Firstly, how adorable is this little pooch.
My niece wanted the hand removing from this photo and also wanted the decking painted. I also removed what I think was a knee at the bottom of the photo.
Enjoyed doing this considering what I had to do yesterday but can anyone see what disturbs me a little? I had to give it a haircut too so I hope my other niece approves :D

Struggled how to show this to peeps out there so this is the best idea I could come up with till I get it all finished and up on my website.
It's a request from a return customer who wanted a 1969 brochure restoring. Never done one before but I do like a challenge. They're awful things to deal with because of things like Kodakolor, Print dots, creases and all the other usual problems. However it appears to be turning out pretty good so let me know what you think so far.

In the meantime, have a look at this photo I recently completed. It's what I would call a Large restoration with some quite difficult parts to repair, but my customer and myself agree that it turned out pretty darn good ;)
