So the house clearance i am doing is well underway and in addition to the sideboard [pictures previously posted I also have two lovely bookcases. They are both 77cm wide and 180cm tall. One is just shelves and the other has two drawers at the bottom. £30 each or the pair for £50 when collected we can also deliver locally for a small charge

Well hello everyone. This has been a long time coming but after years of stockpiling through house clearances ,unit clearances and various other purchases and disposal of private items I am ready to roll.
I am about to unleash rapid selling on Facebook and this is how it will work. Job lots or single items will appear at a fixed cost the first person who wants it gets it. If you are interested in the lot but don't like the price you are welcome to say what you would like to pay.
Each lot will stay at the fixed price and then be reduced by £5 after 7 days .
If a lot still hasn't sold when being offered at £5 open offers will be invited for 7 days .If it still fails to sell it will be given to charity.
So here's what to do monitor my Facebook marketplace account and if you see anything of interest being sold state your offer.
NO LOTS WILL BE LISTED FOR MORE THAN 28 DAYS WITH MOST GOING AFTER 14 DAYS so be quick and decisive about what you want 🥳

I am planning on doing some live videos walkabouts in September of the warehouse to be posted live on Instagram with repeats on Facebook. That is the plan at least! 😂
So my idea is to do focussed lives on the various packaging that we sell mainly Bubble wrap, Adhesive tapes ,Cardboard boxes, Pallet wrap and various other bits and pieces including detailed information on product spec and pricing.
I will also do lives on our very popular recycling services including our Boxbay carton rescue centre.
I need to also start featuring more the vast array of items the loading bay has for sale which already easily runs into the thousands!!!
Last but certainly not least a I know a lot of QED customers come on to this page and visit us on instagram and tiktok and i would like some suggestions from you. Do you have any ideas that I haven't already mentioned??

Another busy day at QED!
9 pallets of boxes arrived today of all shapes and sizes just under 6000 in total so boxes for everyone and everything.
Just a reminder we have about 20000! small and medium single wall boxes all for just 30p each.🥳
We have about 3000 double wall small and medium boxes for just 60p each 🥳

House moving ,storage, de cluttering boxes start around 70p and to be honest they should suffice although we do have bigger more expensive ones if you need them

Please note that although 90% of our boxes are sold as 'used' many are brand new and have been rescued😍 from destruction. 😮.

Just check out these bargains. On the left hand side you will see VAT inclusive prices on rolls of 100 high quality grey mailers. If you buy 10 rolls they will be 10% cheaper if you buy 20 rolls 20% cheaper. I have 150 rolls currently covering all sizes but items 5 and 6 are selling quickly. This is a one off and our usual mailers although competitively priced are a lot more expensive than this deal.

So it is time to promote our recycling centre. Firstly if you have a constant stream of cardboard or polythene THIS ISN'T the service for you. You need a company that supplies bins, skips, etc.....So why us?
Firstly there are lots of business's who only produce maybe a white builders bag of scrap cardboard once or twice a month but personally I have found ad hoc waste collectors to be so unreliable, I have started my own! This is how it works........
We have an informal chat about the waste you produce then give you polythene sacks for the polythene and big white polypropylene bags for the cardboard. For £20 you can have two of these white bags collected locally with each additional one costing £5.There is no need to sign a contract or agree a time and day, etc , you just ring us when you are ready.
Simple and convenient your..... scrap cardboard gets recycled through proper channels and your scrap polythene actually gets recycled into the bubble wrap we sell!
We also accept certain types of bric a brac which is especially useful for people moving house. No more going on numerous charity shop and tip runs. You will be surprised at what people throw away

So here's the opportunity. Keep it simple and use these glass vials for perfume ,oil, etc Or think outside the box and fill them with coloured sand, glitter or even small plants as someone has suggested.
These vials are just £5 per 100 including the spray caps if you need them FREE. Please note you will need a small crimping device to put these spray caps on or you can buy small bungs to insert in the vial.
Either way £5 for 100 and feel free to mix and match .
