I have always loved words and the richness of the English language. As a former Head of English with twenty years’ experience, I have spent my professional life helping others communicate and express themselves. My continued work with UK exam boards means I have the English language expertise and subject knowledge to benefit all stakeholders. I am also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading (or CIEP, formerly the Society for Editors and Proofreaders, SfEP), and have industry recognised qualifications in proofreading through The Publication Training Centre. ACE Proofreading offers a personalised approach to make sure that work is tailored to meet the needs of individuals and businesses. The ACADEMIC WRITING FEEDBACK service that I also offer addresses specific areas of writing and helps improve long-term writing skills.
