How quickly can a complex care package be put in place?

Every individual and their needs are different, but when someone is ready to leave hospital, having the right support available can make all the difference.

Our experienced Rapid Response Team, including nursing and care professionals, works together to put the right support in place and in some circumstances, we’ve helped someone return home within just a couple of hours.

Because when home is where someone wants to be, we’ll do everything we can to help make that possible.

For Andy, getting outside, walking, hiking and eventually ultra running became a much healthier way to process his emotions and clear his mind.

🌟 A huge congratulations to Holly! 🌟

Since joining Alcedo Care over a year ago with no previous care experience, Holly has grown in confidence and developed so much with the support of our training and management teams.

We’re incredibly proud to share that she has now achieved her Level 3 NVQ in Adult Social Care!

And she’s not stopping there, Holly is already looking ahead to her Level 4 qualification!

Well done, Holly! We can’t wait to see what you achieve next.
