Kayam’s journey is one defined by resilience, service, and reinvention.
Starting his career in the Armed Forces as a medic, he built his foundation on discipline, structure, and a commitment to helping others. After his time in the military, Kayam transitioned into entrepreneurship, channelling his experiences into building ventures focused on opportunity, support, and social impact. Rather than being defined by challenges, he used them as fuel to create meaningful change for others, particularly around employability, wellbeing, and second chances.
Today, he continues to be associated with initiatives that inspire resilience, empower individuals, and bridge gaps between potential and opportunity.
A journey of service beyond uniform, and impact beyond self.
