Mike has worked in the care sector for over 20 years. He qualified as a Psychiatric Nurse in 1995, and has worked in both acute mental health and elderly care. In 1998 Mike began working in the child care sector, working with many young people with differing complex needs. During his time working in this sector he has worked as a care worker, deputy manager and a residential care manager in both E

ngland and Wales. Mike began Training in 2003, starting with First Aid and Behaviour Management (TCI). Since then Mike's portfolio of training has expanded, along with professional qualifications. In 2012 attained a NEBOSH qualification, and began training health and safety to care workers. Mike has an interest in most outdoor activities and through this has taught First Aid to instructors in the outdoors industries. Other areas have been at a local rugby club, youth groups, childrens nursery carers.

Now offering HSE Accredited Outdoor and Forestry First aid courses. Based now in Shropshire. Courses can be arranged at your location, or at an out door training venue based just outside Oswestry in Shropshire, or just outside Corwen in North Wales.
