I am so excited to share that production of the audiobook of Disability Is My Strength has officially started!

I've had a lovely chat with my wonderful narrator, Alice, and I can't wait to hear her bring my story to life.

When I first started writing my book, I never imagined just how far this journey would take me, and now there's going to be an audiobook too!

Feeling nervous does not always mean you are making the wrong decision.

Sometimes it simply means that what you are about to do matters to you.

It might be starting something new, putting yourself forward, attending an event, speaking up or finally asking for support.

Nerves and excitement can feel remarkably similar. The important thing is not to let those feelings make the decision for you.

Take a breath, remind yourself why you started and take the next step anyway.

A lot can change when you stop hiding in the background and start saying YES to being seen.

I recently joined Sandra Garlick on the Mic Drop Moments Podcast, almost 100 episodes after I first appeared on the show.

And wow, a lot has happened since then.

We talk about building Vicki Admin Fairy®, stepping outside my comfort zone, becoming more visible, speaking, writing my books and, of course, the story behind my forthcoming autobiography, Disability Is My Strength.

For years, I was quite happy being the person behind the scenes.

Now? I’m learning that sometimes you have to put yourself out there, tell your story and let people see what you’re capable of.

You don’t have to do everything yourself to be good at what you do.

There comes a point in business where doing everything yourself starts costing you more than just time.

The emails, admin, diary management and little jobs that constantly need your attention can pull you away from the work you’re actually there to do.

A VA can take some of that pressure away, giving you space to focus on your customers, your business and the things only you can do.
