As we are fast heading towards the end of another project that we have taken over from failing contractors and restarted it's good to share some pics of how things look now.
This project was stood still for a year before we got involved and with effective project management, contract administration and quantity surveying we have managed to turn this commercial refurbishment into 2 flats and an HMO within 6 months including carrying out a complete redesign.
