🔈 Mad For It Monday Advice 🔈
For hi-vis branded workwear we’d advise customers to think about safety first branding second. Adding a logo should never compromise the garment’s visibility or compliance.
🦺 Hi-vis workwear advice for customers
* Choose the correct hi-vis garment for the job. Different environments and tasks can require different levels of visibility and garment types.
* Don’t cover up reflective tape. Keep logos and branding positioned so the reflective areas remain visible.
* Keep logos reasonably sized. A clean left chest or back logo usually looks more professional than oversized branding.
* Consider DTF carefully. DTF can be excellent for hi-vis branding, particularly for detailed logos but the garment and application method need to be suitable for the intended use.
* Embroidery isn’t always ideal. It can be a great premium finish on some hi-vis garments but you need to consider the garment construction and any safety/visibility requirements.
* Check the garment’s certification and care instructions. Customers should use compliant garments appropriate for their workplace rather than treating hi-vis as ordinary promotional clothing.
* Order spares. For teams having replacement garments available is useful when items become worn damaged or contaminated.
* Think about the whole uniform. Hi-vis jackets, vests, polos, sweatshirts and trousers can be coordinated so the team looks professional and recognisable.
* Don’t assume one garment suits every customer. A construction worker, warehouse operative, courier driver and roadside worker may have different requirements.
With hi-vis workwear safety comes first. We’ll help you choose suitable garments and position your branding carefully so your team looks professional without compromising the garment’s intended visibility or requirements. Mad For It advise rather than just sell!
